Q: I’d like to send a blanket 50% off offer to a few groups in my master list. Can I do this as part of one campaign?
A: Sure you can! To send your offer to multiple groups while in the campaign builder, just follow these steps that I’m sharing in this blog.
How to Send a Mailchimp Email to Multiple Groups in Your Master List
Go to the Campaigns page.
Click Create > Email
On the Regular tab, enter a campaign name and click Begin.
In the “To” section of the Campaign Builder, click the “Add Recipients” button.
In the “List” drop-down menu, choose the list you want to work with.
In the “Segment or Tag” drop-down, choose “Group or new segment”.
Decide if contacts need to match any or all of your criteria
Choose a group
In the second drop-down menu, choose if your email needs to be sent to subscribers who are in one of, all of, or none of the group names
Click the group name you want to send to
Click and hold CTRL (or Command on a Mac) to select more than one group name
Click “Update Recipient Count” to see how many subscribers are included
You’re now all set! Subscribers across multiple groups who meet the conditions you set will get your campaign with ease.
